Meet Andy Wells
“I went to North Carolina State University, earned a couple of degrees in engineering, and returned home to Hickory. Suzanne and I married. A decade later, we founded our family business. I’ve worked building office buildings, homes, and apartments in the Carolinas for over thirty years.
“During my last year at N.C. State, I supported Ronald Reagan the first time he ran for president; later, after my business was successful, I served one term in the State House and three terms in the State Senate. Suzanne and I now have three grown sons.
“One fact I’ve learned: Politicians don’t solve problems – they create problems. Right now, we’re facing inflation and soaring debt with a recession looming on the horizon. And politicians can’t fix our broken politics. We need leaders with common sense who can.”
